Booking and Contract Formation:

The rates mentioned above apply to a group of people only. The rates of the package are listed below:

2 person: Rs.75,000/- per person
4 person: Rs.70,000/- per person
6 person: Rs.67,500/- per person
10 person: Rs.62,500/- per person
16 person: Rs.55,000/- per person

When you book a tour with MahaKumbh.in, a contract is established between us once we confirm your tour selection and receive both your completed booking form and deposit. The booking form must be filled out accurately and comprehensively. By making the advance payment you and your party agree to our terms and conditions and acknowledge entering into a contract with us.

Deposit Requirement:

A deposit amounting to 25% of the total tour cost per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit is necessary to secure your reservation. Please be aware that if your flight is cancelled or missed due to your fault, MahaKumbh.in cannot provide a refund for this deposit.

Payment Policy:

• An initial payment of 25% is required at the time of booking.
• A second instalment of 25% is due 45 days before the departure date.
• The final payment, covering the remaining 50% of the tour cost, must be made 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation fees are as follows, based on the time before the scheduled departure when the cancellation is made:

• More than 30 days: 25% of the tour cost.
• Between 15 to 30 days: 50% of the tour cost.
• Between 7 to 14 days: 75% of the tour cost.
• Less than 7 days: 100% of the tour cost.

Complaints:

If you encounter any issues during your tour, please inform your tour manager immediately, so we can attempt to resolve the matter as soon as possible. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must formally notify MahaKumbh.in in writing within 28 days after the tour concludes. Failing to contact us within this timeframe may impact our ability to investigate and address your complaint effectively.

Surcharge Policy:

The price of your travel arrangement may be subject to surcharges in the event of sudden increases in fuel prices, airfares, or government taxes. While we will attempt to absorb up to 2% of any such increase, amounts exceeding 2% will be surcharged to you.

Emergency Costs or Vehicle Use:

Any costs incurred due to natural calamities, political disturbances, road blockages, or other unforeseen events will be the responsibility of the client and payable on the spot. Note that the cost of vehicles provided (car/coaches with a driver) does not include extra usage beyond transfers or sightseeing as specified in the itinerary.

Our Liability:

MahaKumbh.in accepts liability for arrangements of your holiday that are fully within our control. Therefore, we accept liability for the negligence of our employees causing direct loss to our clients. However, we do not accept liability for:

• Any loss or damage caused by factors outside our control or not related to the negligence of MahaKumbh.in or its employees.
• Acts, omissions, defaults of any independent contractors or other persons not employed by MahaKumbh.in.
• Natural disasters, industrial disputes, war, terrorist activities, technical problems with transport, closure of airports or ports, and other events beyond our control.
• Amendments to the Itinerary:

We reserve the right to amend the itinerary in response to any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers.

This document outlines the terms and conditions under which MahaKumbh.in operates. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms, ensuring a clear understanding of the mutual agreement between you and MahaKumbh.in for your travel arrangements.
