January in Prayagraj can be quite cold, especially in the early mornings and nights, so warm clothing is essential.

Participation is generally not included as part of photography tours and can be sensitive. If interested, you should discuss this with your tour guide for appropriate guidance.

Our tours packages include Breakfast and accommodations at Deluxe Camps on our campsites. These camps are very near to the sangam area and is inside the kumbh mela area. Along with this, Airport transfers are also included. If there are some special requirements, then you can tell us while booking the package.

Tours are typically open to all skill levels, with some providing special guidance for beginners.

You should bring your own equipment and all required accessories. If requested, our team may try to arrange some required accessory for you, but it is not guaranteed it will be arranged or not.

Essential items include your camera gear, multiple lenses suitable for different shots, extra batteries, memory cards, and protective gear for your equipment.

It is advisable to book early as these tours are in high demand, especially those with limited participant numbers.

The best times are during the major bathing dates or shahi snan dates when the largest crowds gather and the most significant rituals occur. These are the days when Akharas & Nagas come for snan. These dates are Makar Sankranti on 14th January 2025,  Mauni Amavasya on 29th January 2025 and Basant Panchmi on 3rd February 2025.
